Location : Headquartered in Downtown Seattle, remote work from WA, CA, NY, and IL.
Work Schedule : Our typical business hours are 8 : 30-5 : 00 Monday-Friday.
Travel Requirements : Up to 10%

Reporting to the Director of Product Management and Design, this Product Manager will be part of a technology team that works to integrate and deliver cutting-edge and user-centered products to support the organization’s mission and goals.
This position will contribute to the next level of growth by driving the evolution of the platform in close collaboration with design, software engineering, stakeholders, and partners.
You Will :
- Define and execute product strategies, aligning with the company’s objectives, user feedback, and market trends
- Develop a deep knowledge of the platform, the different users, and the ecosystem to inform the direction and priorities.
- Collaborate with designers on the creation of usability studies and generative research. Translate research insights into product requirements and strategies to deliver the outcomes.
- Partner with product designers, product managers, software engineers, and key stakeholders to assess and prioritize opportunities and evaluate risks
- Establish shared vision across the organization by building consensus and alignment on priorities leading to product development and delivery
- Manage product iterations by prioritizing development backlog, creating release plans, organizing stakeholder demos, and tracking the success of new features
- Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to inform future product iterations and improvements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on product status and performance, and create presentations to communicate product ideas and updates.
- Identify opportunities for improvements on existing processes to align with Lean / Agile principles and remove unnecessary roadblocks to product development and delivery
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and feedback within the product team.
You Have :
- 3-5 years of experience working as a Product Manager in an agile software development environment
- Proven experience managing the product development lifecycle, including problem / opportunity discovery, solution definition, development, launch, post-release metrics and analytics
- Demonstrate strong prioritization skills to effectively manage and balance competing tasks and projects
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions informed by quantitative and qualitative data
- Strong intellectual curiosity, frequently asking insightful questions such as What problem are we solving? and Why? to ensure clarity and purpose
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with a diverse population of users and stakeholders to include technical and non-technical audiences
- Motivated by solving complex problems and bringing order & structure to ambiguity
- Keen attention to detail and quality
Salary Range :
$89,975 to $102,579
