Soliant Health Contracting pany is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Special Education Teacher to join our team in Manor, TX.
This is a full-time position with an immediate start date, providing an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the life of a 3-year-old child.

Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement individualized educational plans for a 3-year-old child with special needs
- Create a nurturing and supportive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Collaborate with parents, therapists, and other professionals to ensure a prehensive and integrated approach to the child's education
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and techniques to acmodate the child's unique learning style and abilities
- Monitor and assess the child's progress regularly, adjusting teaching methods as needed to achieve optimal outes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of the child's educational journey
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, or a related field.
- State certification in Early Childhood Special Education.
- Experience working with young children with special needs, particularly in an inclusive classroom setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and evidence-based teaching practices.
- Excellent munication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with parents and a multidisciplinary team.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
