Job Summary
This Position Is Responsible For Writing And Coordinating The Activities Associated With The Dental Rfp Process, While Ensuring The Highest Quality Of Service Is Provided While Remaining Consistent With The Company*S Policies, Procedures And Philosophies.
Coordinating And Executing Daily Sales Support Inquiries And Assisting In The Development And Distribution Of External Marketing Proposal Communications.
Coordinate Projects Independently And With Strict Adherence To Detailed Customer Specifications. Develop And Maintain Proposal-Ready Response Information Materials To Utilize As A Reference Tool To Complete Future Proposals Or Internal Requests.
Required Job Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s AND 2 years of insurance, marketing or customer service experience; OR 6 years of insurance, marketing or customer service experience.
- Knowledge of group insurance, especially larger accounts.
- Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative writing, analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong Interpersonal skills.
- Self-starting;
- Analytical skills
- Experience collaborating across functional groups.
- Detailed oriented.
- PC proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point.
- Proficient skills and experience meeting deadlines while working in a fast paced, high workload environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership.

- Project Management skills.
Preferred Job Qualifications :
- Experience in proposal writing and development
- Dental benefits, terminology, and product knowledge
- Experience with Qorus or a similar proposal response database
