Bachelor's Degree preferred. Experience : A minimum of three years experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility preferred.

Licensure : Currently licensed to practice by the Texas State Board of Nursing. Additional Requirements : CPR certification and training in appropriate use of CPI Non-violent Crisis Intervention before on the unit orientation and prior to assisting in a restraining process.

Must pass a medication administration exam and complete a basic developmental competency exam.
