Continuous Profiler aims at providing critical insights into the code performance in order to detect and optimize applications, not only in testing environments but also continuously in production.

As a Senior Product Manager of Continuous Profiler, you will be working with a team of talented engineers to enable Continuous Profiling users to detect performance issues and optimize their workload and make them accessible to both experts and entry level software engineers.

What You’ll Do :

  • Develop a deep understanding of Continuous Profiler customers, use cases and competitors
  • Co-define and build the next generation of Continuous Profiler features to contribute to the Datadog unified platform and make advanced use cases accessible to all Datadog users
  • Collaborate with other Product teams in Datadog to maintain and improve Datadog products correlation and help customers identify incidents root cause and navigate through telemetry faster
  • Partner with marketing and cross functional teams including sales, customer success, support teams and your own engineering team, to define Go-To-Market plans and strategy for Continuous Profiler features

Who You Are :

  • You have 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager (ideally working on a developer-focused SaaS product)
  • You have either worked as an engineer previously or possess a deep interest, understanding and knowledge in software development
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the willingness to present and defend your ideas to technical stakeholders and executives alike
  • You are customer focused with high quality standards for your products
  • You are passionate to work in a high growth and impact environment to build new products and scaling existing ones
  • Bonus : You are fluent in multiple programming languages and passionate about optimizing workloads

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Datadog ranges from $187,000 to $240,000, plus a competitive equity package, and may include variable compensation.

Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
