Title : A&R Clerk
Department : Assessment and Referral
Schedule : 12-hour shifts.
Location : 3955 156th Street NE, Marysville, WA 98271
Position Description :
The Intake Clerk is responsible for assisting in the process of receiving, scheduling and / or referring incoming patients and inquiry calls.
Assist the other Intake Counselors, Clerks, and Director with coordinating assessments; initiating vital signs, safety checks, wand and belongings searches, providing care and comfort to patients during the admission process.
The Intake Clerk works with Admission Coordinators to ensure smooth transition into the hospital.
Up to $23 / hour depending on experience plus premium shift differentials for overnight and weekend shifts.

Education : High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience : Experience working in a hospital inpatient unit or intake department preferred.
