Responsibilities
Direct reports include Marketing Communications Manager and Marketing Analyst.
- Indirect Reports Includes Communications Copywriter.
- Participates in performance appraisal process.
- Follows company’s performance improvement and corrective action process.
- Participates in interview and selection process for division and makes hiring decisions.
Internal and External Interfaces
- Internal : Key stakeholders of the company with regular interaction with Art, Copy, Customer Service, Editorial, Education, Senior Leadership, and MEET Las Vegas department team members.
- External : Customers, Members, Suppliers, and Vendors.

Physical Demands

Requires prolonged sitting, walking, and standing depending on the job tasks with bending, stooping, pulling, pushing, crouching, and stretching, and lifting up to 20 lbs.
Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other technology equipment.
Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports. Prolonged exposure to computer monitors.

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing. Degree may be replaced with 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Three years of management experience overseeing program or departmental operations.
- Experience in managing, mentoring, and motivating teams.
