Job Summary
Under the direction of the Imaging Supervisor / Imaging Manager, this position is responsible for QA of all identifying elements in final reports transcribed by our contract vendor.
Serves as a member to the STAT CALL TEAM, supporting the delivery hand- off of STAT results to include required documentation.

Accountabilities
Proficiently and consistently operates designated workstation to process and / or assign critical and call reports. Applications used, but not limited to are : Impax, RadNet, History Generator, and Future Net.
Monitors Radnet online work list for all facilities in search of unread studies and designated calls that were not prioritized with the dictation.
Adheres to department TAT and strives to keep within limits.
Positively responds to and implements change; consistently communicates effectively.
Adheres to policies and procedures pertaining to confidentiality and security of all information and records worked with.
Rotates coverage in the evening, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Stays abreast of organizational, affiliate and departmental changes / updates by checking email on each shift.
Supervisory / Management Responsibility
This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director, or executive.
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-year Medical Transcription or 1 - 5 years in hospital or office environment.
