Shift : MondayFriday, with occasional on-call

Job Description :

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced and compassionate Home Health RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Jefferson City, MO. This role is perfect for an RN who enjoys providing personalized care in a flexible home-based environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver nursing care in patients homes

Document visits and assessments using HCHB

Manage OASIS documentation

Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams

Promote patient independence and wellness

Qualifications :

Missouri RN license (active and in good standing)

At least 2 years of recent home health experience

Must have Homecare Homebase experience

OASIS documentation proficiency required

BLS certification (AHA)

Reliable transportation and valid drivers license

Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
