- Access in-house transaction coordinators, loan officers, and ISAs for crucial assistance throughout your journey
Compensation :
$60,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities :
- Cultivate relationships with potential sellers and serve as their representative
- Strategically negotiate agreements to the benefit of all parties involved
- Analyze the local market to accurately determine property worth
- Guide clients through real estate processes
- Remain accessible to clients, offering assistance whenever needed
- Ensure all information in systems, CRMs, and platforms is up to date
- Dedicate yourself to consistently provide outstanding service to clients and be rewarded for your efforts
Qualifications :
- High school graduate
- Real Estate License (if you do not have your license yet, you may still apply. Must be able to complete a 120-hour licensing course.)
- Some understanding of CRMs
- High level of social skills, our business is people-based and will require much interaction with other people
