Job Description :
As a Tile and Grout Restoration Technician at Sir Grout, you will play a key role in restoring the beauty of tiled surfaces, providing exceptional service to our clients.
Your responsibilities will include :
Key Responsibilities :
- Tile and Grout Cleaning : Utilize specialized cleaning equipment and solutions to clean and restore tile and grout surfaces.
- Grout Color Sealing : Apply color sealing to grout lines, ensuring a fresh and uniform appearance while providing protection against stains.
- Tile and Grout Repair : Conduct minor repairs to cracked or damaged tiles and grout, restoring surfaces to their original condition.
- Surface Inspection : Assess the condition of tiled surfaces and provide recommendations for restoration or maintenance.
- Customer Interaction : Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring satisfaction with the restoration process.
- Equipment Maintenance : Properly maintain and care for cleaning equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Requirements :
- Previous Tile and Grout Restoration Experience : Proven experience in tile and grout cleaning, sealing, and repair techniques.
