Job description
Pacific Sportswear, the largest contract apparel screen printer in the state of WA for over 30 years is looking for a new member for our team! We work with a large variety of clients locally and nationally.
We pride ourselves in being on the cutting edge with new print techniques, specialty inks and technical fabrics. Being able to bring them all together we are able offer our clients a true retail look and feel far exceeding expectations of traditional screen printed goods.

Hours : 8 : 00-4 : 30pm M-F
Report to : Customer Service Manager
Position : Customer Service / Inside Sales
- Answer incoming calls and distribute
- Basic computer skills, such as MS Windows, Office and Excel
- Process orders received from customer
- Accurately enter this information in a timely manner to ensure that production can meet due date
- Communicate with customers to ensure all order documents, quotes, order changes and returns / replacements are approved and documented
- Interacts with art / production to ensure order flow and order completion
- Must be able to prioritize workload, ability to meet deadlines and exceptional organizational skills required
- Maintains relationships with existing clients while driving new business
- Understanding the company's sales process with the expectation of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- The ability to communicate and carry out the company's vision, competitive advantage and strategies.
- Inside sales experience preferred
Starting Salary $17-21 / hour DOE
