Job Description : We are currently hiring for the Accounts Receivable and Collections Specialist position. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage customers to collect outstanding invoices.
Responsibilities :
- Contacting customers to secure payments
- Recording payments received via checks and credit cards
- Updating accounts to reflect unpaid invoices
- Maintaining accurate records of invoices, debits, and credits
- Resolving collections issues by reviewing payment plans and history
- Documenting all customer interactions thoroughly
- Addressing customer concerns related to payments and invoices
- Managing liens and associated documentation
- Generating and distributing monthly statements
Qualifications :
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable and Collections is advantageous
