Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with stakeholders.

The Construction Project Manager ensures that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting the highest quality standards.

Pay is based on experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Planning & Scheduling : Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and timelines. Ensure all milestones are met and adjust plans as necessary.
• Budget Management : Prepare and manage project budgets. Monitor expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure projects stay within financial constraints.
• Team Coordination : Lead and coordinate project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all parties.
• Site Management : Oversee construction activities on-site, ensuring that work is executed according to plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Quality Control : Implement quality assurance and control measures to ensure that all work meets the required standards.

Conduct regular inspections and audits.

• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Monitor project progress and address issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Permitting & Compliance : Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including safety and environmental standards.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project status and address any concerns or changes.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of all project activities, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.

Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience : Experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects highly preferred, but open to new grads.
• Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. Proficiency in project management software (e.

g., MS Project, Procore) and construction management tools.

• Leadership Skills : Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Experience in leading diverse teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey project details to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to anticipate issues and implement effective solutions.
• Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy in planning, budgeting, and scheduling.

Work Environment :

• Primarily on-site with occasional office work. May involve working in various weather conditions.
• Requires regular travel to project sites.
