Our well-established client is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their growing team. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will work under the guidance of a senior engineer to provide technical design and construction documents for commercial building HVAC and plumbing systems.
Responsibilities of the Mechanical Engineer : Perform HVAC and plumbing load calculations using applicable computer softwareWork closely with equipment vendors and manufacturers' representatives for selection and specification of appropriate equipmentCreate highly coordinated construction documentsConstruction administration responsibilities including submittal reviews, construction inspections and field troubleshootingOther duties as assigned Qualifications of the Mechanical Engineer : Bachelor's degree in a related field5-10 years' experience in HVAC or plumbing designProficiency in AutoCADRevit MEP experience is a plusPE license is also a plusPay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly up to $120,000.
