Your New Role

As an HVAC Technician with Wisler, you'll be the frontline hero ensuring comfort and efficiency for our clients. Your responsibilities will include :

• Performing commercial HVAC maintenance and repair, with a focus on light commercial projects.
• Conducting thorough inspections of HVAC systems to identify issues, diagnose problems, and recommend solutions.
• Performing routine preventative maintenance tasks to keep HVAC equipment functioning at peak performance.
• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, and control system components.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure timely project completion and support during complex installations or repairs.
• Complying with safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Documenting all service and maintenance activities for accurate record-keeping.
• Communicating effectively with clients, providing technical information, recommendations, and explanations.

Job Requirements

• 2 Years of previous experience in HVAC, with a preference for candidates with some commercial HVAC experience
• Effective and professional communication skills
• Work references from past supervisors, managers, and co-workers
• Clean driving record - no more than 1 moving violation in 3 years (no reckless / dui)
• Clean background check and acceptable work / character references
• Pre-employment and random drug testing
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Physical Requirements

• Able to enter and exit trucks without endangering yourself or others
• Able to lift heavy equipment
• Able to work in heat and cold and observe proper safety precautions while doing so
• Able to bend, kneel, climb stairs and stand for extended time periods.
