Our company, based in Salt Lake City, UT, is on the lookout for a Recruiter with a specialization in the mechanical sector.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier talent in mechanical engineering and related disciplines to drive our projects forward.
This role demands a proactive approach in leveraging both traditional and innovative recruitment strategies to fulfill our staffing requirements efficiently.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and refresh job descriptions for roles within the mechanical engineering and related fields.
- Leverage industry-specific job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry conferences to source qualified candidates.
- Screen applications and conduct interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and fit with our company culture.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and streamline the recruitment process.
- Implement targeted recruitment campaigns to attract passive candidates and develop a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Preferred Skills :
- Proven track record of recruiting in the mechanical industry, with a deep understanding of the sector's roles and qualifications.
- Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and managing candidates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with candidates and negotiating offers.
- Strategic planning abilities, with experience in creating and executing successful recruitment campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline, providing a solid foundation in the mechanical sector's hiring landscape.
