Our Janitorial division is in charge of keeping our client’s workplace clean, organized, and disinfected.

Requirements :

We are seeking a janitor who takes pride in their work to join our team!

This position requires a driver license.

Pay rate $17.50- $18 per hour

Schedule : Part time 7 : 15PM-8 : 30PM; 6.75hrs per week. Mon-Fri includes all holidays except Thanksgiving / Christmas / NewYears.

Must be able to clear a thorough background check, wear a backpack vacuum, lift and carry 40 pounds, reliable vehicle and working at all times cell phone.

What you will do....

• Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows and walls
• Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones
• Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed
• Empty trash and recycling bins
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
• Clean and maintain restrooms
• Wash and clean windows and mirrors
• Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions, major repairs, and any abnormal conditions
• Operate floor scrubbers and other equipment if required
• Dust furniture and fixtures
• Proven work experience as a janitor
• Ability to lift at least 40lbs
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Integrity and ability to work independently
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision
• Manage time efficiently
• Must be able to use basic cleaning equipment
