Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Med Nurse

Qualifications
- LPN License or Temporary PN License
- Must pass background and drug screen
Essential Job Functions
Responsibilities of this position include medication administration, computer documentation including assessment of resident's current status, observation and reporting of any change in resident's status to MD / sponsors as necessary, ordering medications from pharmacy, supervision of CNA staff, wound care, collecting and processing lab samples.
