We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a proven track record in managing large-scale application development and data & analytics projects within enterprise-level organizations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Databricks and possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple application development and data analytics projects simultaneously.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project objectives, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, data analysts, business analysts, and external vendors.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Implement best practices in project management, including Agile methodologies and use of project management tools.
  • Utilize expertise in Databricks and cloud-based analytics platforms to guide teams in building and deploying solutions.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior leadership and stakeholders regularly.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools.
  • Manage project budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships as necessary.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (required).
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on application development and data analytics projects.
  • Proven experience in managing enterprise-level projects with budgets over $1M.
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks, including data integration, analytics workflows, and data pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification (preferred).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
