Job Summary :
As a Server, you will be responsible for serving each guest courteously, quickly, and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant, and enthusiastic attitude.
Additionally, you will follow cash handling procedures, keep your area neat, clean, stocked, and ready to serve guests while delivering quality service within company standards for hospitality.
Requirements :
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience in the casual restaurant industry is preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
- Current food certification that meets state requirements is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to withstand comfortably the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
