Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs. Available to work Saturdays. Authorized to work in the USA (18+). Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions. Pay : $15.00 – $17.00 per hour + effective rate. Effective rate includes overtime, variable overtime, and monthly store bonus. Your Role As an Advance Tire Technician
As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands-on training geared toward helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.
What You'll Do
- Install and repair tires.
- Operate balancers and tire machines.
- Complete work orders accurately.
- Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
- Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
- Provide outstanding customer service by meeting customers' needs.
- Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
