Job Title : Senior Accountant

Location : Corona (100% on-site)

Pay Rate : $32-$38 / hr. or more for the right person

Schedule : M-F, 8 - 5

Type : Direct hire

Duties :

Enter job costing and perform data inputting with accuracy.

AIA Billing

Manage and oversee Accounts receivable & accounts payable.

Monitor financial processes and oversee expenditures for accuracy.

Prepares checks and compliance documentation for vendors and tradespeople.

Produces reports from Quick books and other industry specific software.

Produce P&L and Balance sheets as needed and work with management and CPA.

Maintains good customer relations to detect and resolve issues and concerns.

Vendors for insurance carriers- multiple vendor payments

Requirements :

Prepare month end closing, 3 credit card reconciliation

Degree- Required

Journal entries

Job costing / materials exp - required.

Construction industry exp. - required

Progress Billing / AIA Billing - required

QuickBooks Pro - preferred
