- Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA, or MS in Physical Therapy
- Current license and / or registration as a Physical Therapist
Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
- Create treatment plans and modify patient treatment as needed
- Ensure all required documentation is completed
Pay Range : $40.00 - $44.00 / Hr.
