Friends of Children with Special Needs (FCSN) is a nonprofit organization. FCSN’s mission is to help individuals with special needs and their families find love, hope, respect, and support through integrated community involvement.
The finance & administration department is seeking a full time accounting assistant.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assist with the day-to-day financial transactions and completion of posting processes.
- Input and maintain all AP / AR data in Quickbooks
- Process invoices and payments ensuring approval with support documentation
- Record, balance and deposit all receipts
- Provide support to the finance & administration team
- Complete special projects as assigned
Minimum Qualifications :
- A.A. or B.A degree with emphasis in business, finance or accounting
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Must be organized, detail oriented, and able to multi-task.
