The Collier Companies is seeking a Part-Time Customer and Team Member Outreach Specialist in Gainesville, FL!

This is an on-site role, reporting out of The Collier Companies Florida Home Office in Gainesville, which offers beautiful natural areas, a temperate climate, and tremendous educational, cultural, and commercial opportunities.

We are looking for an entry-level Customer and Team Member Outreach Specialist with a great work ethic and a positive attitude.

The Customer and Team Member Outreach Specialist is responsible for providing support to HR processes and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Ability to show initiative with a high level of energy
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with team members, vendors, and customers
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Working knowledge of basic computer programs
• Ability to pay attention to detail and follow work instructions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Able to lift up to 35lbs
