General Manager Private Members Club
Salary : $120,000

Our client, a first-of-its-kind private members club, is seeking a General Manager to join their elite team. This exclusive club offers unparalleled experiences, blending luxury and innovation in a unique setting.
The General Manager will oversee all aspects of club operations, ensuring exceptional service and member satisfaction at every level.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the clubs daily operations to ensure guests are provided with an exceptional experience
- Be the first point of contact for guests
- Lead with the recruitment of team members. Provide leadership and guidance to staff, building and fostering a positive and motivating work environment
- Promptly and efficiently resolving all customer inquiries to satisfaction
- Develop and implement financial and operational strategies to help achieve and exceed financial goals
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment for customers
Key Requirements :
- 3-5 year's experience in a similar position, preferrable within a private members conceot
- Experience in a upscale, fine dining restaurant
- Strong people management and development skills
- Genuine passion for the hospitality industry and a dedication to delivering elite dining experience
