Marina Operations Team

Lake Hopatcong

Compensation : $15.-$19 per hour + Tips + Incentives (potentially $18-$25 hour in-season!)

What You Will Do (extensive training provided)

• Promote safe and fun boating experience.
• Be a great team player.
• Provide support to Boating Club, Boat Rental, Fuel Dock, and Marina guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of all marina docks and grounds.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness for Bridge Marina fleet.
• Providing orientations for boaters.
• Operate powerboats from 18 to 25 feet.

The Requirements for the Role

• Flexible schedule including each weekend during the summer months.
• Teamwork skills and ability to be helpful and courteous with teammates.
• Boating certificate or equivalent or 1+ years boating experience
• Valid and clean automobile driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background / drug screen.

The base hourly wage for this role is $15.00-$19.00 per hour plus gratuities, bonuses, and seasonal incentives. Advancement and increases are available and are encouraged.
