Summary
Our client needs a drywall project manager / estimator that is responsible for overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, and control, while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
The ideal project manager will work collaboratively using effective and positive communication with the project team, consultants, clients, prime contractors, and authorities having jurisdiction over the project.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years drywall construction project management / estimating experience
- A demonstrated understanding of drywall construction means and methods associated with the renovation and construction of commercial and institutional buildings and site work related thereto
- Proficiency with MS Office, Bluebeam, Quick Bid, and On Screen Takeoff
