GENERAL SUMMARY : Under minimal supervision, develops and implements individual and group occupational therapy programs for referred patients.
Exercises independent judgment in selection of treatment methodology consistent with professional expertise, attending physician's prescription, and patient assessment for the purpose of restoring and enhancing functional independence.
Role focuses on establishing treatment plans, performing OT evaluations, and planning and running OT groups of behavioral health patients of all ages.

1. Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in occupational therapy. Eligible for or Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Massachusetts and Certification by AOTA.
Previous experience in mental health field.
2. CPR Certification Required.
3. 3 to 6 months experience preferred.
