Project Manager (Construction)

We are seeking an Project Manager Construction to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Responsibilities :

• Oversee all aspects of construction remodeling project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Cabinet installation experience a plus
• Knowledge of renovation, interior apartment or Drywall and painting a plus
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
• Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and identify any potential challenges and opportunities Qualifications :
• Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Desire to grow and be a a part of a team
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus Expected hours : 40 per week Benefits offered :
