The Courtside Server provides friendly, attentive service to guests during events, ensuring a memorable dining experience while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and seating guests; welcoming patrons, guiding them to tables, providing menus, and introducing day's specials.
• Taking orders accurately; clarifying dietary restrictions or preferences and confirming orders for accuracy.
• Menu knowledge; maintaining in-depth understanding of ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens and making recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Serving food and beverages; delivering orders promptly and ensuring items are presented well.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area; cleaning the courtside bar area after the event and taking inventory of beverages.
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service.
• Handling payments; processing payments, handling cash, and operating a POS system.
• Providing professional customer service and escalating issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
