CNC Integrex Set-Up Programmer (Avon)

We are seeking a CNC Integrex Set-Up Programmer with strong Mazak / Mazatrol expertise to join our team. What Youll Do Develop and edit Mazatrol programs directly on Integrex multitasking machines Use solid models to create CNC programs for complex parts Perform setup and first-piece inspections to ensure tight tolerance requirements Design workholding solutions and select cutting tools Calculate feeds, speeds, and cutting factors to optimize cycle times Create robust machining processes to maximize quality and efficiency Follow ISO standards and practice Lean 6S manufacturing principles Ensure safe operation and use proper PPE at all times What Were Looking For High School Diploma or GED Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge Experience with Mazatrol programming (required) Hands-on experience with Integrex multitasking machines (preferred) Mechanical aptitude and strong shop math / trigonometry skills Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand / walk for long periods Pay & Schedule Pay Range : $24.00 $36.00 / hour (based on experience) Schedule : MondayThursday 6 : 00 AM 3 : 30 PM; Friday 6 : 00 AM 10 : 00 AM Shift : Day shift in a climate-controlled shop Benefits 401(k) with company match profit sharing Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Health savings account (HSA) Paid time off & tuition reimbursement Employee referral program Why Join D.P.
