International and highly regarded architecture firm founded in the UK seeks passionate, creative and strong Project Manager for their growing New York office.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide the design direction of the NY team to maintain and evolve the studio philosophy
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with fellow professionals, contractors, artisans and craftspeople to ensure excellence in all construction and fabrication
- Confidently prepare drawings and plans for all aspects of a project from lighting to furniture, material finishes, elevations and details and submission packages
- lead design site visit meetings with contractors and clients and producing timely and comprehensive minutes
Skills and Experience
- 7-11 years of professional Interior Design or Interior Architecture experience.
- A high level of comfort and experience with construction drawings
- A professional and warm demeanor and proficiency in managing clients
- Experience managing and coordinating the work of a consultant
team
Demonstrate a high degree of experience with VectorWorks or AutoCAD, Adobe Suite and SketchUp
