Job Overview

The role of the Warehouse Associate I in SLW, is responsible for providing the highest level of quality and service to our customers. Responsibilities include accurate and timely picking of orders in a salable condition, induct newly released orders, or pack and move once completed. While performing duties, the Warehouse Associate I will be responsible for operating lift trucks and warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

A Day In The Life

• Follow all safety, company, and 6S standards in the distribution center to ensure clean and safe working environment to ensure safety and security of all.
• Operate warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner tolittle to no accidents.
• Report company equipment and infrastructure damage to ensure repairs occurto minimize safety risk.
• Perform assigned warehouse tasks utilizing standard work and policiesto ensure highest levels of safety and quality.
• Follow all visual aids with the distribution center tomaximize safety, quality, and productivity.
• Contribute process suggestionsto continuously improve warehouse operations
• Identify deviations in the process and immediately notify supervisorto correct issue.
• Perform miscellaneous activities as directed by your manager to efficiently support the warehouse operation.
