We're excited to be adding an Radio Frequency Design Engineer to our Access Egress Hardware Team. This is an engaging and challenging opportunity that plays an intricate role in shaping the development of our new product lines. We are seeking a highly motivated Engineer with experience in RF (Radio Frequency) design and spectrum analysis to join our team in developing cutting-edge access control products.

This position will report directly to the Manager, Electrical / Hardware Engineering and sits onsite full-time Berlin, CT.

What you will be doing

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with a diverse and dynamic team to design and develop innovative access control products.

Contribute to concept development, planning, design, and execution stages of major new products or product enhancements.

Design schematics and Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) using ECAD tools (e.g., Altium).

Utilize Spectrum Analyzers Vector Network Analyzers , and other RF measurement tools to characterize and troubleshoot wireless communication subsystems.

Oversee Pilot Production and review first articles for design integrity.

Manage day-to-day tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure project milestones are met.

What we are looking for

Bachelor of Science Electrical Engineering or equivalent; advanced degree or additional certifications are a plus.

Strong background in analog, digital, and embedded hardware design.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to present technical concepts clearly.
