Minimum Qualifications :
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience
- Strong working knowledge of IT network infrastructure, network security, cloud networks, cloud security, and network / computer operating software
- Advanced understanding of security protocols, cryptography, and security
- Advanced understanding of 802.1x and NAC solutions
- Advanced understanding of WAN technologies including MPLS and DMPVN phase III mesh networks
- Working knowledge and experience of routing metric manipulation for WAN protocols
Preferred Qualifications :
- Demonstrates a strong customer centric approach, empathy for global cultural differences, and excellent communications skills
- Provides direction and leads by example for junior members of technical community
- Ability to mentor team members
- Integrates technical expertise with communication, leadership, and business skills in a team environment.
- Guides other teams on integration of new technologies or existing technologies into the environment in a standardized manner.
- Strong communication skills to effectively work with others
