We’re looking for a Technical Designer (Fashion) who’s passionate, resourceful, and ready to help us level up. If you live and breathe Gen Z style and know how to turn creative vision into production-ready garments, this is your chance to make an impact.
What You’ll Do
- Own the technical design process from prototype to pre-production
- Measure fit samples and prepare for fittings (live model + dress form)
- Audit garment construction and ensure quality across categories and fabrications
- Lead fit sessions and translate feedback into clear, actionable comments (written + visual)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure fit, fabric, and wash quality meet brand standards
- Communicate directly with overseas vendors—professional, timely, and precise
- Proactively identify and solve product / quality issues before they impact timelines
- Track, manage, and prioritize workload across multiple categories
