Iowa Licensed Clinical Review Technician

A company is looking for a Clinical Review Technician - CPhT.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct clinical assessments to evaluate medication therapy appropriateness as part of the prior authorization process

Communicate clinical review decisions to pharmacies and providers

Provide mentorship to the Data Entry Specialist team and assist with patient or provider requests

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Pharmacy technician certification

Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy

Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Familiarity with data entry software or CRM systems is a plus

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
