Basic Qualifications :

  • ? Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and DoD 5205.07 Volumes 1-4.
  • ? Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • ? The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive, and risk-managed security recommendations, based on limited and or conflicting information, is also essential, as is the ability to thrive and build relationships both within the corporation and externally with our government customers and industry partners.
  • ? Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required.
  • ? Advanced computer skills with the ability to use and navigate Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • ? Current Secret clearance with an investigation date within five years and be able to obtain a Top Secret with SCI clearance upon employment.

Job Description :

As a Security Representative Associate, you will perform duties as a Special Programs Operations Center (SPOC) Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO). What You Will Be Doing As the SPOC CPSO, you will be responsible for all aspects of security to include personnel, physical, technical and classification management utilizing the requirements set forth in Department of Defense Directives and others as applicable. Your responsibilities will include : Completing Program Access Requests (PAR) and Pre-Screening Questionnaires (PSQ) classified meeting support Conference room maintenance and upkeep Program management support, foreign travel, and security education Why Join Us Ever pondered the thrill of delving into groundbreaking technology? Desired skills :

  • ? Experience with JADE, SIMS, DISS, and Special Access Programs (SAP) security compliance
  • ? Experience working DoD Special Access Programs
  • ? Ability to work independently when required and be a team player
  • ? Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience / combined education. Entry level.

    Pay Rate : The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $47,000 - $82,915. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered : Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees : accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
