Aufgaben :
- Unterstützung anderer IT-Fachbereiche bei der Durchführung von Projekten und dem Betrieb von IT-Services
- Entwicklung von Vorschlägen und Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Arbeitsabläufe und IT-Services
- Fachlicher Ansprechpartner für Dienstleister im Bereich SAP Basis Services & Operations
- Ausbildung von Trainees, Auszubildenden und Praktikanten
- Übernahme von Projektleitungen und Verantwortung für Anforderungen im Rahmen des IT-Anforderungsmanagement-Prozesses
- Durchführung der ITSM-Prozesse zur Sicherstellung der Servicelevel im Bereich SAP Basis Services & Operations
- Ansprechpartner für externe Stellen bei der Entstörung
- Kenntnis und Umsetzung der Vorgaben zur IT-Sicherheit
- Betreuung und Beratung der Anwender und Fachbereiche
Du hast das gewisse Etwas, wenn Du :
- Abgeschlossenes stellenspezifisches Studium (z.B. Dipl.-Informatiker / in oder Dipl.-Wirtschaftsingenieur / in) oder vergleichbare abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit fachlich orientierter Zusatzqualifikation und langjähriger Erfahrung im Aufgabengebiet
- Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrungen im IT-Bereich des Aufgabengebietes
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der im Unternehmen eingesetzten IT-Services und Produkte sowie der Systemlandschaft
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der am Markt gängigen IT-Lösungen, Architekturen und Best Practices im eigenen Fachgebiet
- Beratungskompetenz, didaktische Fähigkeiten und kundenorientiertes Verhalten
- Kenntnisse von Projektmanagementverfahren, Moderations- und Präsentationstechniken
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse des Datenschutzrechts sowie einschlägiger IT Security Vorgaben und Sicherheitskonzepte
- Deutsche Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft zur ständigen eigenverantwortlichen Weiterbildung
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Ggf. Einsatz im Bereitschaftsdienst
- Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Teamfähigkeit
