PrideStaff is currently interview for qualified candidates for a Prepress / Variable Data Operator in Biloxi MS!

Hourly Payrate : $17 - $25 / hr DOE

Work Schedule : Monday - Friday; 8AM - 5PM

Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Digital Production Operator. This position will float between the digital printing prepress department and the digital variable data processing department. We are willing to provide training for the right candidate. Basic graphic design skills would be helpful.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in preparing digital files for print production.
  • Support the setup and processing of variable data printing jobs.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate job completion.
  • Learn and apply prepress and variable data software tools.
  • Maintain organized records and job documentation.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is helpful.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
