- Our top earners take in well over $200,000 annually
- 50 percent commission structure based on project parameters
- You set your own schedule
- No cap on commissions
As a member of the sales force, your success is determined by how well you execute the strategy. Don’t worry if you don’t have the experience, we offer training for those that need it and want it.
Earning your commissions comes with performing your job responsibilities, securing signed contracts, and closing out the jobs.
Job Responsibilities :
- Door to door selling
- Developing leads through personal marketing efforts
- Meeting with prospective homeowners
- Inspecting roofs and property to determine the scope of damage and needs for repair
- Working with insurance companies and adjusters as required
- Assisting customers in selecting materials and colors used to complete the job
- Collecting payment for services
- Developing referrals and generating positive reviews
- Performing other sales duties as the needs arise
Our sales force is comprised of independent contractors, so while you represent ProGuard Roofing and Restoration, you are your own boss.
As such, there are expectations and qualifications to join the team :
- Full-time effort
- W9 Contractor
- Experience in residential or commercial roofing sales, insurance claims, or construction sales
- Excellent relationship and communication skills
- Clean, neat, professional appearance
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel in both North and South Carolina
- Ability to perform the following tasks
o Follow-up on leads
o Prospect
o Estimate projects
o Measure roofs
o Create work orders
o Take pictures
