Our Omaha, Nebraska client is looking for an HR Manager for their HR Shared Service Center supporting their US / Canada team AND their UK team.

WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT THIS HR MANAGER OPPORTUNITY?

  • DIRECT HIRE
  • HYBRID
  • 8 : 30pm- 5 : 00pm (UK hours 3 : 30 am - 11 : 30am)
  • $95000 - $115000 per year with some flexibility based on skills and experience.

DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE HR MANAGER?

  • 7+ years’ experience managing HR operations, Shared Services or centralized HR preferred
  • Experience overseeing HRIS implementations (Workday preferred)
  • Background streamlining HR processes, improving HR delivery & efficient workflows
  • Strong compliance & policy implementation with understanding of downstream effects

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS THE HR MANAGER?

  • Lead the day-to-day HR shared services operations
  • Manage a high performing team focusing on improving efficiency, customer service, and process quality
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
  • Lead the strategic planning to overcome challenges and implement effective change management programs for the teams
