You will be consulting fortune 500 companies on their EEOC Charges along with Administrative Hearings.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in Employment Law
- Juris Doctor from reputable Law School
- Experience at a AmLaw 100 / AmLaw 200 Firm
Responsibilities :
- Experience responding to administrative agency charges, ideally at both federal and state levels.
- Direct experience responding to EEOC charges.
- Draft strong position statements and represent clients at hearings and / or mediations.
