Case Manager Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Case Manager Supervisor to join our Healthier Here team in Seattle, WA.
What will YOU do?
The Case Manager Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operation of the program. Provides collaborative monitoring and support to Case Managers.
Acts as a liaison between the program and outside organizations. The Case Manager Supervisor also provides direct case management services and maintains an active caseload.
Pay Rate : $75,000 per year.
Work Schedule : Monday Through Friday, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities :
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the program. Provide collaborative monitoring and support to Case Managers. Establish work priorities, ensure deadlines are met and in accordance with program and contract policies and procedures.
- Assign, schedule, direct and layout work of staff ensuring equitable caseload distribution. Troubleshoot and resolve complex and escalated problems.
- Coordinate program functions with appropriate agencies and departments to accomplish program activities. Promote the program to outside organizations.
Represent the program at meetings.
- Provide direct case management services and maintain an active caseload.
- Advise staff, program participants, and / or the public regarding program policies and activities.
- Order, maintain, and invoice resources, supplies, and contracts necessary for operations.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and complaints. Document and file reports. Follow-up on each incident.
- Develop a collaborative and effective team in a healthy work environment. Supervise, train and evaluate assigned employees.
- Gather, collate, and organize program data; prepare reports. Code and approve invoices.
- Maintain quality control, legal and contractual compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, funding contracts, and Sound Generations policies.
- Perform the work of lower classified positions including working as a Case Manager.
Requirements :
- Bachelors Degree OR Equivalent.
- Three (3) years related experience.
