About The Position
Job Title : Registered Nurse Job Specialty : Medical Surgical - General Medicine / Infectious Disease Job Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Night 3x12-Hour (19 : 00 - 07 : 30) Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : 2 years of recent acute care experience in Med / Surg License : Required Certifications : COVID-19 Vaccine (Medical / Religious Exemptions Only), Flu Vaccine (Medical / Religious Exemptions Only) Must-Have : - Compliance with Travel Compliance Tier2- Vaccine proof required 1 week prior to start date - Local candidates accepted within 75 miles at a lower rate Job Description : Full-time position requiring 3 shifts per week with every other weekend commitment.
- No block scheduling accommodated.- Mandatory floating within facility discretion; may include floating beyond primary competency, adhering to a team-based model.
- Maximum of 5 days requested time off, with no more than 2 consecutive days.- No time off permitted the day before or after a holiday, and not on weekends.
- Orientation will be provided for 24 hours. This is a mandatory float facility, meaning all registered nurses are required to float to different units as needed.
Resources may be floated up to 50 miles outside the home facility, with potential notification to float 2 hours before the shift.
If floating is declined, it may lead to cancellation of the assignment.
