El-Amin & Associates Inc in ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Florida, is looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Full-Time Customer Service Representative.

No prior experience in insurance required, but preferred.

Responsibilities
Client Consultation : Engage with clients to assess their insurance requirements and offer personalized advice.
Sales Strategy : Develop effective sales strategies to promote insurance products and services to potential clients.
Policy Management : Manage policy renewals, modifications, and coverage adjustments for existing clients.
Client Retention : Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the organization.
Market Research : Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements
Licensing : Active Florida Property & Casualty License (440, 20-44, 220) required. Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is a plus.
Communication Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Customer Focus : A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Professionalism : Ability to represent the company in a professional manner at all times. Team Player : Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Tech Proficiency : Familiarity with basic computer applications and software.
