Requirements :
- Master’s (MSW) or Doctoral degree in Social Work, because expertise is the cornerstone of our practice.
- IL PEL with an endorsement in Social Work, ensuring compliance with state standards.
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but a passion for making a difference is essential.
