Executive Administrator

Responsibilities & Duties
- Assist in the day-to-day coordination of mission support and office operations that support all stakeholders including office management activities, information technology support, training, emergency planning, files management, and administrative support.
- Provide support to include develop proposed responses for tasks, coordinate draft responses with subject matter experts (SME) within each division, compile program response, and submit the program response via the Executive Sec process.
- Provide SME support for the development and maintenance of collaboration environments, to include but not limited to the Government’s organization Microsoft SharePoint environment, functionality, content management, and training
- Assist in the development of standardized office policies, processes, and procedures
- Provide office coordination support including but not limited to office logistics planning, including space / facilities planning for offices and geographically dispersed stakeholder operation centers, emergency preparedness, and new employee orientation
- Provide support for classified briefings in classified workspaces
- Support outreach event coordination, tracking, and execution including sector events and regional listening sessions, for official records
- Conduct research, prepare reports, handle information requests, and perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
- Provide subject matter expertise in office administration, records management, knowledge management, task allotment and tracking, quality control and assurance
- Coordinate media appearances / interviews and congressional meetings / briefings
Required Educations, Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- TS / SCI clearance required
- Master's degree required
- A minimum of (10) years’ recent and relevant experience as an executive administrator
- Microsoft Office product proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (Desired)
Experience supporting cyber security related organizations.
Location : Hybrid schedule with expectation to report into one of the offices located in the National Capital Region.
Citizenship and Security Clearance Requirements :
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Ability to pass DHS Background Investigation.
